Me no more youth

I was browsing through a junior's photos in Friendster where I felt so much life and youth in her photos. Then it kinda reminded me that I'm not anywhere near 14 or 15 anymore. No longer young. Cannot act cute anymore (wait! I don't act cute. I'm cute by nature, my boy says). And I'm actually wasting my youth on bloody school projects. Not that I have a choice la. But if I had a choice, I would have spent it on more useful things like this. Then also, I think about my friends who are already in their working age and sooner or later will form a family of their own stage. I bet they already feel old. They probably feel worse than me, thinking that they no longer have much youth left. But never mind. Think optismistic. You get to do this on your free time. or simply have a dinner with your loved ones at Thai Express and play with your food after you're done with it or steal a photo of your loved one's side burn while he's asleep That's my baby's side burn for you. I find it ultra sexy. Hee~ I intended to do a long entry. But have nothing much to blog about. Hardly met up with Baby the past week due to him overtiming the whole week. Poor thing. So yea, was happy he stayed over the weekend. Lotsa catching up to do. - - - - - - - - - Oh and by the way, anybody had a boob job before can let me know? Just wanna find out more about it. Not that I'm interested in getting one. Just wanna know the processes done and the before and after differences. Heh. - - - - - - - - - Anyone can suggest a nice and affordable place to dine at? I'm running out of places to eat with Baby. We love Thai food. We love cheap food. We love spicy food. We love convenient food. Anywhere? - - - - - - - - - Boring. I've lost touch in blogging already. Or rather, I've got no life to blog about. =( *Updated* I forgot that I have some random photos to show. The kinda eerie path to the underground lecture halls. Picture it dark.
The most probably last group pic that we could take before Carol leaves. *sobs* Recently, I downloaded Windows Media Player 11 cos I saw the really cool black layout on Syahriah's laptop. However, it didn't look exactly cool on my laptop.
But I'm kinda getting used to the contrast. Nice. And just last Friday, we had another formal presentation. I wore black blouse, black pants, black heels and carried a matching black handbag. Except my nails were white and I carried a white file. Another contrast.
I still think I look like big boss. Can see my white nails on Syahriah's shoulder not? Nothing beats self-taken photos. 3 smiles to end this post. My life isn't that boring afterall. I have nice friends around me to take nice photos with me. Heh. =)

胸大有脑?

The ladies in my family always have a tendency to look at other women's boobs, tits, or breasts (whichever you like). We'll be kinda excited when we see BIG boobs women on TV that we would definitely make a comment about that woman. The Miss Universe advertisements have been rather 'hot' on TV recently. My family isn't a fan of Miss Singapore or Miss Universe but this particular girl came on screen in her bikini, bouncing around on stage, caught my mum's attention. Mum: This girl why so big huh? Me: Better than those flat-chested and nothing to see one ma. Mum: Ya la. But hers a bit too big. Me: But still better than flat and empty ones ma. People want to see something in front, not just a piece of cloth covering the chest. Mum: (finally agrees) Ya lor, 'kong kong bian bian' nothing nice to see. Me: Maybe because the past few years all small that's why never win Miss Universe. This year they try send a big one there and fight with those ang mohs lor. Mum: (giggles) Ya hor. Maybe like that can win. That's just one example. Sometimes my sis would see big boobs and just say "Wah lau! Ta qian mian zhe me da! (her front so big), not heavy meh?" Ok, I probably won't get a chance to find that out.

Been busy with plenty of things lately

I'm gonna make this post a quick one. Gotta rest a bit before World Cup finals. Erm, don't ask me who I want to win. Germany is out already. =( and I support neither of the 2 finalists. Baby's graduation After 3 years of torture hard work, he finally received his Diploma in Architecture. Wahahaha! I'm so proud of him! Can't wait for the day I graduate. Haiz. Anyway, he had to wear really formal. But he didn't take any photos of him very formally. After the ceremony, he looked like this. 3rd from the left. Or 2nd from the right. Whichever way you prefer. I didn't attend his graduation ceremony cos he only had 2 tickets. First priority would be his parents. And I doubt I could wake up that early either. So yeah, I missed Baby's very important day. =( After the photo-taking and stuff, he came over to give me a afternoon wake up call. Then we slacked the whole day before heading for dinner with his poly classmates at Purvis Street, Miss Clarity Cafe. Taken by his friend, James. I prefer self-taken. Closer and more natural. The food there is really cheap for a cafe. They have absolutely NO GST or service charge. They don't only serve western food. They have Ramen as well. And some other things. The meals of the day... James, Baby and I all ordered the Chicken Ballotine. Kinda like the Chicken Cordon Bleu but it's not cheese but mushrooms stuffed inside. Yum! Fish & Chips Bread-crusted fish & chips Pan-seared dory fillet It's called Old Macdonald's. Don't really know what's inside. There a sunny side up, some potato wedges and some meat. Dessert was Mango sorbet that didn't exactly taste mangoey. Chances of seeing Baby in formal attire were low so we took photos. Yes, I know I look fat. It's probably the blouse. By the way, that's my pretty purple wall! Sumptous dinner It's been a long time since I cooked a sumptous dinner for my family of erm... 3. My mum, Baby and I. Baby and I decided to deep fry wanton so we went searching for wanton pastry at Carrefour. Then we went back to buy minced meat and prawns at Shop & Save. Then hurried back home to prepare dinner. The very delicious Tom Yum Instant Noodles! My favourite supper! Home-cooked and with extra ingredients: peeled prawns. Oh ya, I like to eat my noodles directly from my pot. No need to wash an extra bowl. This is some Udon that Baby cooked for himself. Added extra prawns as well. Ta-dah! Deep-fried wantons. Simply delicious. Nicer than those selling outside. Even the meat inside is more than those outside. Home-cooked food is always the best! Ok, the past week has been e-learning for all modules. But usually it's time for us to take this period as a break and spend our time with friends and loved ones. For me, I spent it wisely with Baby and this. Calbee Big Bag Hot & Spicy Potato chips! My favourite potato chips. Nothing can beat it. Not even pringles. It went through thick and thin with me while I was struggling with my e-learning assignments. Damn assignments. I've been sick on and off the past week. I really hate South Korea now ok? Damn damn damn 3000-word essay. Ok gotta rest now. World cup in 2 hours time.

Same people not same life aka 同人不同命

Just now as Baby was about to leave, his sling bag knocked against one of my mum's flower pots along my corridor and before anyone knew it, it fell off the stand and broke! I jumped when I heard the "piang". Guess how my mum reacted. She was laughing lah! She was laughing along with Baby. Baby still joked around saying "Ah long (loan shark) come" or something. My mum continued laughing. Like as if nothing happened. Erm... Her flower pot broke lor. How come instead of being angry, she so happy about it? Siao leh. So I was thinking, if I were to break Baby's mum's flower pot, how would she react? She'll probably scream her head off and start wondering why her son is in love with such a blur goon. That's why, 同人不同命. Seriously, I wouldn't want to find out how she would react.
